Mr Edvardas Bumsteinas is currently the Head of Asia and Pacific Division at EIB. He is a development finance expert, both in developing and developed markets. Prior to joining the EIB in 2005, he held managerial positions in the Government of Lithuania, as well as in micro lending and corporate finance projects in emerging economies.
