Dr. Jürgen Welschof currently heads the Energy South Asia Division of KfW Development Bank, a post he has held since early 2015. He has over 26 years of experience in development finance. He started to work at KfW Group in 1995 and has held various positions with a focus on direct investments in water and waste water management and energy in the Middle East & North Africa region and has been heading KfW’s sector policy division for 6 years
