Virginie LEROY has been working with actors in the field, especially in Africa, for 22 years. For the past three years, within AFD, she and her teams have been supporting the French priority given to education, training and employment, health and social protection, also economic development, climate transitions and the security of populations and territories. She also co-leads the Coalition for Social Investments with the Council of Europe Development Bank.
